The Community Kitchen of Torrington seeks to improve the quality of life, nutritionally and socially for those in need.

The Community Kitchen relies on our community partners and individual donations to ensure the most vulnerable in our community has access to a daily meal.

The Community Kitchen of Torrington is participating in Northwest Corner Gives which runs through July 22. Our goal is raise $7,000 to purchase a new refrigerator and other kitchen equipment. Funds raised will be matched dollar for dollar by the Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation (NCCF). This purchase is critical to our mission in providing healthy meals to those in need. New Fundraiser!
The Community Kitchen of Torrington has a new fundraising opportunity provided by “Bob’s Jerky for a Cause” of Manchester CT in which 25% of all proceeds from any order that selects “The Community Kitchen of Torrington” as the beneficiary will be paid to us.
